  Good price, reasonable shipping. One battery was bad, I let the seller know with no response. I wasn’t asking for anything but an apology or some sort of response would be expected.

  NOT TRUE. I did not dispute with buyer. I gave an immediate refund. I didn't even require the buyer return the item. Even so the buyer leaves a negative? You cant please some people.
