Packaging was carefully packed with the correct instructions. The seller can take some time to respond but very helpful in terms of instructing the import duties and tax, plus the voltage concern due to the fact that it's a Japanese equipment (110v). Great seller overall

I was told item would take time to be wrapped for shipping 2. I was then told item was wrapped and would be shipped 3. I was told again that item would be shipped 4. Then, out of blue, I was simply given a refund EVEN THOUGH I HAD PURCHASED OTHER MICHELL ITEMS THRU EBAY TO RENOVATE THIS ITEM 5. Seller now claims item is faulty 6. Seller now does not reply.
