I purchased just the glass replacement and they texted me with details and pictures of the iPad needed a full new screen. Their communication was superior to any vendor I have ever dealt with. Yes, it cost me more to replace the whole screen but it was well worth it considering the price to purchase a used iPad would cost me more. Packaging to ship to me was very good and the iPad was just like new. Thank you Lenasll Digital.

They will communicate with you by text. All fine with a little snafu, device came back passcode protected but not sure how that happened. They stayed in touch while we found a solution. Would use again, seems to be a professional outlet and always fast to respond. Excellent polite communication at all times. Device looked great upon return, no evidence of repair, fully functional.
