  The item arrived in the box shown in the picture. It was in new condition as stated. The shipment was late by one day. I received an update that it was going to be late on the same day it was supposed to be delivered. I appreciate the notice but it would have been nicer to know sooner that it was going to be late.

  Dress shipped in a timely manner and I was very excited to have it in time for my Descendants loving child for Christmas. Unfortunately the package got lost by USPS. But seller was absolutely fantastic and promptly provided a full refund when I brought it to their attention. Very much appreciated!!
