It arrived in one-piece, sealed with tape and I'm happy with the scent. Appreciated your description of it in the listing. The product came to me during these hot weather melted down to half the containers. I loss half the product. The packaging was a mess as well (the shea butter had liquified; every container). I had to send it back. The company was great about it, returned my money but I wished they would have suggested alternative methods of packaging to get the product to me safely.

It says if you buy three get one free I noticed that the order invoice stating that it is only three being shipped are supposed to receive the fourth bottle free. I thought it would automatically be placed on I see that it wasn’t so I’m informing to whom it may concern. Thank you for your time and acknowledgment just informing.
