  I paid the seller for this frame with stand. They sent item without stand for which I paid extra. They said they sent 2 out first class which was not received. I asked for a returns label as not my fault incorrect item was sent by them. Or to offer partial refund, no reply to last few messages, in all my years on eBay never have I received such poor service.

  Claimed stand was missing??? then twice claimed replacement didn't arrive. Clearly fancied a couple of free stands. Asked buyer to return item after 2 replacements sent. Sad little thief declined.

  The frame initially arrived quickly, however it only had one metal stand for the back of the frame, the picture shows it has having 2 metal stands for the frame, I messaged the seller twice but I did not receive a response to either message, very poor communication from seller, I am now considering returning it for refund.

  They only come with one stand, they only need 1 stand. Please return the item and buy one elsewhere
