  Accidents happen and my ornament arrived broken; however, my communication with the seller and the resolution was extremely prompt and spot on! They answered my emails quickly. They asked for additional picture documentation so that they could turn it into USPS which I was able to provide them. And within an hour of receiving the damaged product, I had a refund. Iwould absolutely buy from them again just because of the customer service and attention to communication that they provided.

  I would not hesitate to deal with this seller in the future. The meat grinder was actually in better condition than I expected from the pictures...it looked brand new and in perfect condition. Plus it was packaged very well. Delivery was also as expected. Great experience overall.
