    As described. Super fast dispatch. Well packed. Great comms. I bought this to see if it would replace similar cord on a very old Bakelite Telephone. It matches the old worn one perfectly. Just different wire colours. A repro of an original £22, I will be buying more now. Very pleased. Highly recommend this seller.

    I ordered a brass pendant for my kitchen. On arrival and opening, it was too small for what I visualised when ordering. I can't thank this company enough for their communication & efficiency. They sent a barcode for if you didn't have a printer, so that you can package, take to the post office and they scan the code. I had ordered a larger one in similar design that came really quickly over Christmas from them. This company tome deserves a 6 * rating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND seller.

    Ideal item to repair an equivalent broken lamp holder. One small snag was that the shipped item wasn't quite the same as that in the listing as it lacked the fixed collar (see picture). Contacted the seller who responded promptly and very professionally so I'm confident either the listing will be updated or the storage bin will be refilled with the right item! Fortunately, as I had the threaded ring from my old fitting, I could just use two threaded rings instead. All's well that ends well...
