  Seller sent a lock mounted gas can with no keys for the locks, I had to explain this multiple times and they insisted I send photos, I sent photos and after many days I was told I should "use the key to remove the lock", seller doesn't seem to understand english well and I suspect this to be the main cause of my difficulty. I tried to resolve for almost 26 days to no avail.
