While mounting it on my skidsteer there was a slight problem. In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again

The seller did an outstanding job letting me know the location of the package as it moved across the US and when it would arrive. The assembly instructions included clear pictures and text of the parts and hardware to be used in the assembly process which took less than an hour for both chairs. The pins supplied were too large for category 0. I contacted the seller and they immediately made it right with me. I had to source my own category 0 pin but they refunded me the cost of the pins. Would definitely buy from the seller again.

Price was better than other places. automatic rejecting of offers wasn't on, so it was annoying to wait 24 hours.
