  After apologizing for one of the glasses getting broken, I logged in the NEXT DAY to refund your ENTIRE purchase but you had already given me negative feedback. I asked you to kindly remove it but you wouldn't. This is the ONLY negative feedback I've had in 25 years. Unfortunately, the post office mishandles packages and things get broken sometimes.
