  Coat is not the same as main picture very different no red lining very miss leading not as good of quality will not buy if I HD know this and took 3 weeks to get here as not had right address on parcel

  I bought the item and it only stated it was £11 delivery but I have had to pay another £79 duty and tax which was not stated in the listing so it could give the buyer a choice whether to buy or not.

  Duties and taxes are applied by custom it’s not from our side, and these duties and taxes are randomly put on by custom office. Probably if you would have provide VAT or IOSS number there would not be any duty or taxes. We have send multiple parcel but there was no duties or taxes on them
