    Great communication, fast delivery, exellent value for money; as advertised open box item arrived promptly in near flawless condition, I would have kept it but I had to return due to carrier issue on my end, the seller initiated a return label, timely issued the refund. I would have no hesitation doing business with this seller again.

    Excellent seller. Even though they did not send the band that was same as in the photo, they resolved the issue but refunding $20 to cover expenses of buying the same band. It was not enought but I appreciate the effort and good communication.

    This is a great seller! I made a mistake in my purchasing, I was looking for a Google Pixel 9 pro FOLD. Unfortunately, I made the wrong purchase. They were extremely helpful and told me to just refuse shipment, send it back to them (which I did)... And as soon as they got it back, they gave me a full refund. These are the kind of sellers Ebay needs more of. Thank you very much for your help!

    Phone arrived on time. Phone was as described. There was an issue with the Samsung s22 software "not registered on network". Seller attempted to help resolve issue. Seller responded within 2 days. So, overall a good interaction between seller and myself. Thank you.
