I bought a beautiful Kate Spade that was exactly as it was described. It was packed with such care I knew it had been loved. My bag had some problems in shipping( not due to Lisa) she took responsibility for the problem with no worry on me!!! I have a beautiful Kate Spade worth a lot that I paid very little for!!!!!!!

It was destroyed and was returned to seller without me every getting to see it. Seller communicated with me the entire time it went from NV to MN and back to NV. We were going to see if it was repairable. My entire amount was refunded to me after FedEx did not return the package to the seller and we both agreed it was time to give up. A+ seller. Seller packaged it well and it should have made the trip.
