  Item was in excellent condition, clean, exactly as appearing in the photos, and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit, however, the return process was very easy. I took the package to the post office, they scanned my emailed QR code, printed off my label and gave me a tracking receipt, very easy! I would definitely buy from this seller again!

  Seller shipped super fast, so the delay in delivery was not due to the seller but the USPS. Shoes were wrapped and packaged well. I was happily surprised that the condition of the shoes was actually as they appeared in the photos, better than the description. Ho'Opio is my favorite Olukai style, so the value of the purchase was good, especially since it seems this style is being discontinued. Great purchase experience. Would buy from this seller again.

  I purchased the shoes and needed to add for faster shipping. The seller got them in the mail that day, and I received the shoes a few days before my trip. The shoes are absolutely like new, which is just as described, and a great value. Packaging was great too. Thanks much, would do business again!

  These shoes are in excellent condition. The flaw noted by the seller is barely noticeable, and does not detract from the appearance of the shoe. They offer a great value given the retail on a new pair of Brooks shoes. This seller was very responsive, and the package arrived ahead of schedule.
