    It's hard to describe packaging value as the scribe when the item was never received. It's obvious that they're shipping is lacking. After numerous messages to the seller explaining that I have not received the item and I would simply like a refund of my money all I got was excuses. Their comment was return the item and we will refund your money. Hard to return the item that you've never received. I should have paid more attention to negative feedback as this appears to be not the first time.

    Part was exactly as described. Arrived earlier than expected. Knowing it’s from the same year and models as my current outboard the description and pictures sealed the deal on purchasing it. Great customer service answering questions on functionality assured me to buy. Just installed it and started right up. Appreciate the help with keeping my ‘66 Whaler on the water.
