    Somehow ParcelForce managed to deliver my purchase somewhere else. I contacted ZD, and s/he was simply superb at resolving stuff - very fast response, instant ownership of the problem, good timely updates. Turns out the package was delivered over 7 miles away (great bonus of GPS stamps on proof-of-delivery photos). First rate support. Shipping was originally really quick, and I'm really pleased with the golf trolley purchased. Thank you ZD.
