Although the seller indicated that their were no refunds on the ad, they agreed to take the return. Once it was described to them the condition of the part. Their was a misunderstanding and have since refunded my funds.

Ordered the part and requested an overnight delivery. Made an additional offer to pay extra for the shipping as agent requested. No response after that. Found the part shipped with slowest way on next day. Agent never answered. Called to the store directly with no response. Had to buy the same part in another store to complete the repair in time. Just got it delivered in 10 days. Requested a return. Rejected with no explanations. “Our stupidity is not our problem, dear customer”

The customer had the option to pay for the overnight service when he purchased the item but he did not pay for the overnight service. He try to contact us after he purchased the item. We are sorry, but we do not have a 24-hour service or hotline. If you pay for overnight service that is what you will get at the time of purchase.
