  The shoes arrived right on time but not packed very well and slightly crushed. However, they are exactly as described, really good quality item and excellent value for money. Husband says very comfortable and very happy with them. Worn ever since !! Recommend this seller.

  The rucksack is as described, especially lightweight. Packing was minimal and got slightly ripped in transit, but without damage to the rucksack itself. I am happy with my purchase. Yodel is not a great parcel service.

  Shoes arrived this morning, I had no idea they'd been sent yet as there was no update on the site to say so. Arrived in good condition, tags still attached. Perfectly happy with my purchase. I did email the seller yesterday to query when they'd be delivered but never received a response, not that it matters now.
