The seller is very helpful in returning or replacing a defective screen. Made the process very easy and stands behind their merchandise, I will buy from them again with no hesitation. I sent a request for help to the wrong address which is what prompted the negative feedback, That was completely my error as seller was very responsive once they were aware of the manufacturers defect.
