  Shipping was prompt, packaging was ok for the item, but item was not as described. All the images showed a presta valve for the tube, there was a specific image that showed ONLY the valve. This is partially my fault because upon reviewing the title and description it did say 'schrader'. But WHY have so many photos of the wrong item. Contacted vendor with no response, wouldn't recommend or buy from again.

  The item was advertised as new and obviously was NOT. It did not work. The seller refunded immediately, so I only lost my time. Feedback is "neutral" because the item had been repackaged and the original box was labeled with black marker, leading me to think that someone knew that it didn't work. The item should have been tested before shipping. The seller has a good heart.. just needs experience (imo).
