A really excellent quality handrail, and great value. It arrived from Italy to the UK in just 8 days. It looks fabulous - this is the second one I have bought. My neighbour liked mine, so I had to get one for them. I am very happy with this genuine 5-star seller :-)

The packaging for the rail was ridiculous. It was shipped from Italy to here in the UK and the packaging was made from two boxes stuck together in the middle which had come apart when it arrived. There were holes in the box and no stuffing as such to protect against bumps. There is also a dent in the one end. Overall very disappointed!
