I was a little concerned about buying something from 1/2 way around the globe, but these guys were so easy to work with & provided outstanding communication. And even though this shipped from Australia to the US, no tarrifs, no customs, no delay. Can't say enough good about this seller.   I had a good experience dealing with the seller. Item was shipped from Australia to California and had to pass through customs, so 2 weeks delivery time isn't bad. Item arrived well packaged, as described, and in new, perfect condition. The Ember III an excellent product. Very warm, beautiful colors and design, and the material Sea to Summit uses for their high end sleeping bags and quilts is arguably the most luxuriously soft of any outdoor gear company. Top quality!

  I am very pleased with the horse model and the seller. I took a chance on the Australia location but it came within a reasonable time and it was packaged well and was not damaged after all it's travels. So fun to get a model that is not sold in the US. I would hope to buy from this seller again, shipping was reasonable given it's coming from half-way around the world. These larger Collecta models are well done, and different from Breyer so are definitely collector worthy.

  A charming little stuffed animal that is quite nicely made and was carefully packaged to arrive looking fresh and lovely. Shipped promptly and arrived safely. Shipping cost very low, too.
