  Great service, good communication. We have used them before to service our Epilog tubes with excellent results. We sent one off this time that had a failed part other than the normal recharge service. Epilog would not sell me the part, but Laser-Tech came through for us for a reasonable additional charge. We needed it sooner, requested 2nd day air for an additional fee and we received it right away here in Arizona. Installed the tube, adjusted the mirrors and now running like brand new.

  Slow on repair however we received the tube in good packing and the bench test shows like new now. Communications on the delay was slow however after waiting a month and promised a quick turn around in 1 week it did not happen
