  packing and packaging was well done. very heavy outer cardboard box; lots of paper stuffing inside to mitigate movement; well taped on outside for added security; absolutely no "d.o.a." ! was a bit of a tense moment when one of the appendages of item wouldn't work correctly, but it was soon sorted out to everyones satisfaction. seller contacted me, telling me 'we would make it right'. Nice! Seller earns my highest rating, A+++++++
