    Unfortunately there was conflicting information in the listing that I noticed after I had ordered. The seller was really responsive and quickly clarified the situation. I realised the item I had ordered was not the item I was looking for but the seller was super helpful rectifying the situation and resolved the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible. Great customer service.

    Great seller, really like this set of “Leon” figures, look fantastic on display, fast delivery, well packed, figures perfect, but the box was not great some damage, but saying this if you are a fan on “Leon” you are going to love having these figures in your collection, many thanks

    Item was never delivered to me. I reported this to eBay and a case was opened. EBay contacted the seller. The case was closed at the seller's request and with no cross-check of any kind with me, the customer ! ! ! Closure of the case prevents the customer reporting the non-receipt of an item again, although I had still received nothing. All requests to seller and to the courier for details/proof of delivery were totally ignored. Refund finally made by eBay. Avoid this seller.

    Item arrived in a damaged box which as I’m a collector is not good…the item was just packed in a bag…so on route it got damaged…the seller took their time in sending me the return label after they agreed I could return it to them…once the item was returned they did refund me immediately…so was all good in the end
