I gave them a positive review because it wasn't their fault it was the mail being slow plus it was around Christmas time so I understood and they refunded me my money right away. I would still order from them.

A plastic protective sheath was packed alongside the heater and one of the segments came lose giving the impression through the bubble wrap that the heater itself had been broken. But it is all good. I think the shipping time was long - 13 days from the day the order was placed. Hopefully my patience will be rewarded. Thank you.

I contacted this seller regarding a refund and was told that a refund would be coming my way ASAP. I asked about how to return the heater and was told not to worry about returning the heater and to just accept the refund. This was great because we are in the middle of a winter storm and a trip to the post office is difficult. Correspondence was speedy with no confusion.
