    I'm going to give these guys the benefit of the doubt because my fan turned out to be faulty. But they issued a no-quibble refund and saved me the hassle of sending the faulty item back to them so I have no complaints. I just got unlucky with this part on this occasion. They also offered to send me a replacement, but I chose the refund option.
