    The listing was accurate and I received a battery in excellent clean condition. Item was well packed and arrived within the shipping estimate. Sadly, I got a dud battery. The good news is, the seller was very prompt and courteous to refund me, so even though I was unlucky with the product, I lucked out with the seller being very customer friendly! Thank you very much!

    This is the seller you want!!! Very responsive, even though it was outside of normal working hours. I expected to have to wait until the next business day. Very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my DIY Dell laptop repair. Very high-quality, like-new part fit and worked perfectly. Pricing is really good.
