I contacted the seller and they promptly replaced the damaged item and insured extra padding on the package to prevent the issue from recurring. very happy with thi purchase and the excellent service I received/. - Thank you!

As far as perfume it self I would give it a three stars. And only because of the poor projection and longevity. I love how it is smells absolutely amazing, but it is a whisper perfume. Not the seller fault. Five stars for the seller and three stars for the perfume.
