    This is a stunning silver charm. Not too heavy, just perfect. Looks fantastic on my Pandora bracelet. Fantastic seller! The seller is a great communicatot and takes pride in the work.     Charm packaged beautifully. Product was as described. There was a shipment delay but once I communicated with the seller things got moving along.

    Do not hesitate to buy from this seller. There was an extreme delay in shipping, through no fault of the seller. This was a valentines present and I was concerned it was lost by the parcel service. When I message the seller regarding the delay, they responded within the hour. They offered to contact the postal service and advised me that if it didn't arrive by the 10th they were going to ship another. I've been using ebay for more than 20yrs and I was thoroughly impressed with this seller.

    I received my item and as very pleased with the accuracy of the shipping and delivery of my package, the item was packaged as promised with care. My rose is absolutely beautiful ! the price was very reasonable with quality added as a staple. I am also pleased with the seller and am looking forward to possibly purchasing other items in the future.
