    Due to the ineptitude of the United States Post Office, I never received the item even the though the seller is 90 miles from my home. Seller promptly refunded my purchase price, and had great communication as we commiserated over the appalling state of the mail these days. I wish I hadn't have opened a case because I like to support local booksellers and hope to use this seller again.

    OMG! This is one really nice mug, great colors and perfect as described. It was packages so nicely to avoid any damage, thank you for showing such care. This mug was shipped quickly and is really nice, great value for the item. This is an awesome seller, I highly recommend!!!
