  Item shipped and arrived quickly; it was very well packed. There was confusion in the listing that resulted in the item not being usable. The seller apologized for any error and promptly issued a refund. No return of the item was required, avoiding further hassle. I greatly appreciate a seller that stands behind their word.   I was pretty worried ordering a CRT online, read many horror stories, but living in a city without a car, getting one in person was looking difficult/unlikely. after lots of research, i was so glad to find this seller!! the unit was at my front door less than 48 hrs after i placed the order, packed well, arrived in perfect working condition, as described. well worth the price to me! :)

  Seller was great to deal with as always. It is wonderful having a seller that actually knows how to ship a CRT monitor. Packaging was 5 stars. Item gave me a little trouble at first, but thanks to some great communication with seller we were able to get it going. Item looks better than described, and was a great price for a hard to find monitor.

  This computer was exceptionally well packed for shipping and consequently arrived in visually perfect shape. It was exactly as described on the offering page. Lake Michigan offered the item at a great price and shipped it quickly. They communicated to my total satisfaction. This was overall a very satisfying transaction and I will be shopping here again

  Great experience with Lake Michigan Computers! I ordered an HP Mini PC that arrived in excellent condition and exactly as described. The power supply was missing initially, but their team was incredibly responsive and shipped one out to me right away—fantastic customer service! Once plugged in, the PC worked perfectly and has been a great value for the price. Highly recommend this seller for both the quality of their items and their top-notch support.
