  I had a very positive time with the seller. I would like to start by adressing the shipping, which was very fast. The item was packaged well and seure, and the shipping price was very fair for the size of the computer I purchased. It came as pictured and described.   Item shipped and arrived quickly; it was very well packed. There was confusion in the listing that resulted in the item not being usable. The seller apologized for any error and promptly issued a refund. No return of the item was required, avoiding further hassle. I greatly appreciate a seller that stands behind their word. A+ seller, would deal again. Cons: Minor time delay to get replacement Pros: Seller apologized for confusion, prompt refund, no item return required.

  I was pretty worried ordering a CRT online, read many horror stories, but living in a city without a car, getting one in person was looking difficult/unlikely. after lots of research, i was so glad to find this seller!! the unit was at my front door less than 48 hrs after i placed the order, packed well, arrived in perfect working condition, as described. well worth the price to me! :)

  This computer was exceptionally well packed for shipping and consequently arrived in visually perfect shape. It was exactly as described on the offering page. Lake Michigan offered the item at a great price and shipped it quickly. They communicated to my total satisfaction. This was overall a very satisfying transaction and I will be shopping here again

  There was issue in the beginningprior to shipping but the seller reached out and fixed the problem in a professional but fast manner. The packaging was with care and the item was as described! The value here was great but i enjoyed working with the seller as well!

  At first I initially did not get a cord with it, so I was unable to use it when it arrived, i messaged them, and they sent me a cord free of charge which was great because in the listing they said it would come with a cord. So no issues. The cord actually arrived today which is why I have waited to leave feedback. The item was as expected after further investigation. It looked well taken care of when it arrived, little scratches for its age. The item was well packaged. And im very happy!
