    At no fault of the seller, Royal Mail lost the tracked item. This beautiful jacket never made it me. The seller was so helpful as we tried to find out its whereabouts. They visited the shop it was posted from to make sure it wasn’t left behind, spoke to Royal Mail and then swiftly registered the claim and issued my refund. The communicaton was amazing from start to finish and so friendly. Rest assured, you’re in such safe hands with LA Flips, even when the unexpected occurs! Thanks you so much.
