The ad stated n” 902XL ink cartridges but pi’s show 902 and what I received was 902 and not what was stated 902XL. Seller is easy to contact and communicate with and settled the issue of wrong item sent with me. Shipped arrived on time. Items arrived as pictured. Seller also took extra care in packaging.   The item received was open box as described. The seller took extra care to package the item inside another box so that it would be protected. The item and all of its accessories arrived in new condition with no visible scratches or major defects. The shaver operated well after being fully charged and cuts well.
