  Seller was great -- product as described and delivered timely, but the package got lost somehow after delivery and was found by lawn workers 17 days later. It was packaged so well, that everything is intact despite the many heavy rains and thunderstorms we've experienced. The seller was responsive, working with me to file a claim. All turned out positively, but the seller being kind and helpful made a difference.
