  Just as described. I ordered three items and was assuming that "combined shipping" would mean that all three shipped for the price of one, since the weight is negligible. Instead, the shipping was somewhere between the price for one item and the price for three. But, I didn't ask about it up front, and I understand that packaging takes time and time = money, so I really can't complain.
