    I'm writing more about the seller than the Waterpik Flosser. The package arrived on time. I accepted the item in a damaged packing box. Unfortunately the device had sustained some damage and the part that held fluid leaked water. I informed Ladonna and sent a picture and video. After reviewing the evidence, she immediately granted a refund without further questions. I really appreciate her quick and professional response and would work with her again. Dee
