  Arrived without funnel needed to add H2O and the outsides of the packs were covered with a grainy coating of the material that is supposed to be inside the container. They were not usable in the state they were in. I contacted the seller and described the issues and I was immediately refunded in total. This seller did right by me, but they should not have sold them in the first place.
