  Due to the often incompetent nature of the USPS, this package was "mis-shipped" (their word) and took the long route or routes to get to Bedford, Pa but it finally arrived today in a sad rumbled box. I am so happy that the seller wrapped that box with an adequate amount of tape to hold it together! I am very happy to finally receive it since I needed the contents to anchor deer fencing around my plants and keep the pesky deer away! Thank you, seller! You are A+++++

  NO, NOT POSITIVE FEEDBACK ... I AM LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, BUT I CAN'T LEAVE IT FOR 7 DAYS, BY THEN ORDER WILL BE GONE DUE TO SELLER CANCELLING ORDER FOR NO VALID REASON!!! SELLER STATES I CANCELLED ORDER. NO, I DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER, I WANTED THIS ITEM AS A PRESENT FOR MY HUBBY!!! I HAD EMAILED SELLER A QUESTION WHICH WASN'T ANSWERED IN A TIMELY MANNER, & TOLD HIM I ORDERED ANYWAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER ... BEWARE!

  The quality of the product is there and is a direct replacement for OEM. This item arrived well-packaged in individual bags, for shipping. The value of having factory-like parts is important. They are brand new. *(Note: 3rd time’s a charm. I had 2 previous purchases of the same item, that ended up being faulty, after installation. The company continued to stay in contact with me, to assist in figuring out the problem and issuing a refund for both items).

  I was disappointed in delivery time, but it was within the promised time. There was a problem with UPS delivery. They delivered to someone else, miles from me. However the Good Samaritan who actually had it dropped at his house, drove the wire to me. I contacted the seller who immediately responded and kept asking what I wanted them to do. I explained that I was just notifying them of the delivery problem so they might avoid it in future. The wire is good quality and as promised!
