  The package was wrapped carefully and the umbrella came with no scratches or stains! Shipping was super fast and the seller communicated which I loved! The quality is very different from my usually umbrellas in America, but I have high hopes since Japan has heavy rain. The appearance is just like the photo!   I have nothing but good things to say about this! It shipped an hour after I made my purchase and the seller was kind enough to send me a message informing me about it.
