  A very responsive and caring vendor. Can't say enough good things. When a mixup delayed the arrival, the seller sent an extra T-shirt as compensation. I received 2 shirts for the price of one! Received two new shirts, as described. This is an exceptional value that I deeply appreciate.

  The seller was very kind and communicative from before I made the purchase to after the item was delivered. The shipping took a month and unfortunately the item was damaged however the seller went out of their way to make things right and ultimately provided a refund. The experience was not a good one but not due to the seller who is trustworthy.

  Shipping very slow, item missing pieces/not as described, seller unresponsive. Poor value overall. Timeline: 8/27 Order 9/2 Tracking number gen. 9/8 contact seller (CS), not shipped, seller responds 9/11 received, missing hardware CS 9/12 tracking for hardware 9/17 CS, responds 9/19 CS, no response (NR) 9/22 CS 9/23 Seller "Looking into it" 9/24 CS, NR 9/30 CS, NR 10/2, hardware still not shipped All in all, I would understand one mistake, even two with updates.   Awesome seller. Really wanted this item and the first time I purchased USPS lost it. The seller tried to locate with no luck and refunded me. USPS eventually found the package and returned to seller. They notified me when posted and received it quickly. The product was as described and seller was very communicative
