  These picture framing points are new unopened condition. They arrived in perfect condition and are just as described. They works perfect and have put it to use. The seller was quick to respond to questions and even combined shipping cost for another item. Handling/shipping time was great and items were carefully packed. Shipping cost was reasonable.
