  Wonderful prompt shipping! Fragile item was packed nicely and shipping box was marked "fragile". However, USPS didn't care as you can see by photos it was tossed around. The box was in perfect condition when seller shipped and then damaged during shipping per USPS. How disappointing! Otherwise the Nutcracker Factory is in great condition just as described.
