Shipping by FedEx was abysmal, shipped on February 13, not delivered until February 24. Email from FedEx on February stated that it left the FedEx facility at 5:30 AM (10 miles away) and delivery at my home was unsuccessful at 5:31 AM! Photo of my doorway was faked. FedEx tracking is useless, as is their customer service.

The spoon was placed in a padded envelope and somehow the postal service managed to bend the spoon. Not the seller's fault. First world "problem" ... I get it.
