Arrived on time I ordered 2 one arrived good condition the other unfortunately had a broken clasp. I emailed to explain and they apologised and sent me a replacement quickly, I was very happy with the service I received and the very polite manner they had, I was offered refund or replacement but I wanted replacement which I received very quickly and in good condition. Good value for money and very happy with customer service I received. Thank you
