  item arrived damaged, poor packaging and poor handling by post offices....contacted seller and they immediately offered several solutions....I chose to wait for another unit and the seller promptly sent a replacement....it arrived in a timely and this time it arrived with minimum damage to the box.....however the unit inside is in perfect condition and I am very happy with its operation....so, thanks to this seller who did the correct thing.....good to deal with an honest seller!!!....
