    Exactly as described. The product came out late in Korea, but the seller kept me updated and had prompt communication. It was delivered 3 days after shipping, with tracked shipping, and no duty fees! Amazing seller and product!

    The packaging was extremely impressive. All the possible measures have been taken for keeping my platform Nemo album safe and secure. The seller is very nice and polite while responding, although I would say that they took quite long to answer my queries.. Overall highly recommended store to all the ONCE out there :)!!

    This was another pre-order and everything was great as usual, all 3 albums came together very well packed! My only complaint is that unfortunately Photobook version came without photocard, but that's probably fault from company's side and not seller's
