  The item shipped carefully in a box and the pieces were placed in ziplock bags. The original box was included and wrapped in saran plastic wrap to keep it from coming open. Everything pictured in the listing was included except one gray sugar pot. The seller will send it if they find it. Overall, great customer service, great price, I love free shipping and the seller responds fast. I will definitely purchase from them again and I highly recommend anyone to purchase from this seller.
