  This item was exactly as described on Ebay. The box, though not factory sealed, was the original and in good condition. Some parts were in the original plastic bags, sealed and complete, while others were loose in the box. It was missing the original British gun crew and just had a few other parts. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully, so no damage occurred during shipment. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  Item as described and well packed with large Fragile handle with care sticker.The delivery person threw the package up my stairs very careless!Item not damaged.Great value and normal shipping time.A lot of delivery people simply do not care.This was not Canada post who take care and pride in their job.I may have to cut down on my purchases if I keep getting bad service with delivery.Not sellers fault.

  Fantastic job shipping!!! Portfolio was carefully packaged with plenty of packaging material to keep it from bumping around. A fragile sticker was even added to the box. Portfolio and artwork is exactly as pictured/described. Seller quickly responded to my questions and was super friendly. Would purchase from them again and hope to visit their brick-and-mortar store in the future!
